- Support companies' voluntary efforts to practice AI ethics and trustworthiness and provide standards for users to utilize AI ethically and responsibly.
- Derive insights to maximize positive impacts and minimize negative impacts by pre-assessing the ethical influence of AI products and services.
- Provide reference materials for systematically understanding AI's ethical influence and encourage the ethical development, distribution, and utilization of AI products and services.

- Both positive and negative impacts of AI products and services in terms of ethics and trustworthiness

Assessment Process
- 1. Expert Panel: Conducting both qualitative and quantitative assessment of ethical impacts (evaluating factors such as impact identification, scale, scope, likelihood, recoverability, etc.)
- 2. Citizens’ Forum: Identifying expectations, ethical impacts, and concerns from the perspective of the general public.
- 3. Online Communication Channel: Operating online communication platforms that allow anyone to freely share their opinions without time and space constraints.
